Please note that lifting times, flights, and sessions remain subject to change based on registration numbers, weight class changes, and athlete withdrawals. Equipment Check
All equipment worn on the platform must comply with the current USA Powerlifting rulebook. Equipment check will occur during athlete check-in.
Attempts
All attempts must be submitted in kilograms. Athletes should arrive prepared with opening attempts for squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Rack Heights
Rack heights may be submitted during early check-in or prior to weigh-ins on competition day.
Refund & Privacy Policy
Refunds are not available after registration. If you are unable to compete, please notify the meet directors as soon as possible so schedule and flight adjustments may be made. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that Top Set may collect and process registration information including your name, email address, division information, date of birth, weight class, and related competition data for purposes including event administration, communication, scoring, livestreams, media coverage, rankings, and operational management. You understand that event photographs, videos, livestream footage, and competition results may be used by Top Set and affiliated organizations for promotional, editorial, historical, and media purposes unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers. Top Set does not store full payment card information. By registering, you agree to the applicable Privacy Policy, event policies, and governing federation requirements.
Photography & Video Release
By attending this event, athletes and spectators acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur throughout the competition for livestream, promotional, and media purposes.
Media Access Policy
Photography and videography for personal use are welcome from designated spectator areas. Professional media providers must complete USA Powerlifting's Media Request Form prior to the competition. Any individual planning to photograph or film outside of spectator seating areas, including platform access, warm-up rooms, or other restricted competition spaces, must obtain an approved media pass from meet staff prior to the event. Media pass holders are expected to: - Follow all instructions from meet staff and officials - Avoid interfering with athletes, referees, loaders, or venue operations - Remain aware of active competition areas and safety concerns - Conduct themselves professionally at all times Failure to comply with event media policies or staff instructions may result in revocation of media access privileges at current and future competitions.
Sportsmanship
All athletes, coaches, spectators, and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow competitors, officials, venue staff, and event personnel. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the venue or disqualification from the competition.
Chalk & Venue Conduct
Please help us maintain a clean and professional competition environment by disposing of trash properly, respecting the venue, and cleaning up excessive chalk after use.
Warm-Up Room Etiquette
Please share equipment, communicate respectfully, and remain aware of athletes actively preparing for competition. Excessive crowding around warm-up platforms and racks should be avoided whenever possible.
Meet-Day Communication
Important announcements, flight updates, and schedule adjustments will be communicated through the competition scoreboard, announcer, and meet staff. Athletes are responsible for remaining aware of platform activity and schedule updates throughout the competition.
